Located on the first floor, it's ideal for a 2-person stay in the Parc Résidentiel des Hauts de Klingenthal, a peaceful site nestled in the heart of a natural, wooded environment. This modern studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a sleeping area, a fully-equipped kitchen and a shower room with Italian shower and whirlpool bath. You'll also enjoy a lovely south-facing terrace, extended by a pleasant shaded communal green space, as well as a shared swimming pool. The accommodation comprises - A beautiful living room with a flat-screen TV, a Bluetooth stereo hi-fi system, a dining area and a sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - A bathroom with a glass wall overlooking the bedroom and a walk-in shower - Separate WC Exterior: - A south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy fine weather. Communal area: - A shared outdoor swimming pool, heated and secured by a fence.
