Zoku has invented a new category within the hotel industry with its home-office hybrid concept and award-winning Zoku Loft. Opened in 2016 in Amsterdam by Dutch entrepreneurs Hans Meyer and Marc Jongerius, Zoku is named after the Japanese word for family, tribe or clan. Zoku facilitates international living, working and conscious traveling for the growing population of globetrotting professionals, digital nomads and remote workers. Zoku has 4 locations across Europe: Zoku Amsterdam achieved B Corp certification in 2018, becoming one of the first hotels in the world to receive this recognition, and was voted “one of the 25 coolest hotels in the world” by Forbes. Zoku expanded to include two new locations in Copenhagen and Vienna in 2021 and added Paris to its portfolio of European hubs in 2023.

Each Loft sleeps two, except the Loft XXL that sleeps 4, and comes equipped with air conditioning, smart  TV and free high-speed Wi-Fi (60 mbps). Zoku Paris is located in the hip and vibrant 17th arrondissement, just a few metro stops away from the city center. This eclectic district is known for its trendy bars and local restaurants. Here you can escape the busy center of Paris and hang out where the locals do. Visit the stately Musée national Jean-Jacques Henner and its 19th-century portrait, or head down the Batignolles district, which is home to narrow streets packed with shops, wine bars and eateries. The closest Metro station, Porte de Clichy, is just across the street and offers direct connections to all major landmarks. Gare du Nord is 30 minutes away by car and public transport. Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is a 30-minute drive away. Private parking is available nearby. We also offer bike rental so you can explore the city on your own terms.

Please note that there is a 24-hour front desk and check-in is possible from 15:00. It is not needed to inform Zoku of your estimated arrival time. Due to the purpose of clean rooms, Zoku Paris can not provide an early check-in. Guests who arrive before 15:00 can leave their luggage in the luggage room on-site.

We offer a weekly cleaning, additional cleaning can be request free of charge.

Please note that reservations of 5 or more rooms are only possible upon request. Different policies and supplements may apply for these reservations. This property is cashless, valid credit card details are asked to hold on file during your stay. A valid physical credit card needs to be presented upon check in - no third party authorisation is possible.
