Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine, and a TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a bunk, serviced by a shower room. Outside, there is a shared, communal garden with lawn, patio and picnic bench, along with off-road parking for one car and additional parking available in the visitor's car park. Within 1.2 miles, you will find the nearest shop, and within 1.6 miles, a pub. Please note, this property welcomes one well-behaved dog, but is non-smoking.
