Three bedroom two storey apartment, centrally located right in the heart of Bristol. All rooms have a comfortable bed, work desk, excellent WiFi, smart TV. Fantastic location. Temple Meads train station is a 15 minute walk. Most of Bristol's best shopping/dining spots within a 15-30 minute walk. Bus stop right outside with buses every 15 min to both Bath and all of wider Bristol. Upstairs bedroom has private en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and king size bed. The two downstairs rooms share a bathroom, located just a few steps down the hallway. Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen size. Kitchen is compact but fully equipped, with complimentary tea and coffee. Lounge & Dining room is a cosy space with a dining table seating three comfortably. The property is located on the 2nd and third floors. Access is via two staircases with an additional staircase leading to the top bedroom. Free on-street parking nearby however parking can be busy and occasionally a short wait can be required to find a space.

Many of Bristol's most highly rated dining locations and pubs are close by such as Bedminster North Street and Wapping Wharf, with a Bristol "Lounge" directly opposite serving fantastic breakfasts, coffee and evening cocktails. The Arnos Vale historic cemetery and woodland is next door, enabling easy access to nature despite being in such a central location, with a fantastic cafe on site. This backs on to Arnos Court Park, with a large playground for children. When it comes to shopping, the property is only 20 minutes walk (or a very short bus ride) from Cabot Circus, Bristol's premier shopping centre. Park Street and St Nick's Market are both a similar distance and offer a wide array of local boutique shops.
