The living areas include a kitchen housing an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and a living/dining room with dining seating and electric fire. There is a double bedroom and shower room. To the outside is designated parking for two cars, a lawned garden and an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi. Within 4.5 miles or less there is a shop and pub and please note that this is a non-smoking and pet-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Adelaide Cottage is a wonderful retreat to Derbyshire. This property does not accept infants. Please note: Indoor Jacuzzi is only included in the rental during April- September, it can be available with arrangement with owner for extra cost of 100 between October- March. Swimming pool is available all year included in the rental price.

Rocester, a charming little community, is situated in a triangle of land between the Rivers Churnet and Dove on the boundary of Derbyshire and Staffordshire. The Domesday Book mentions the settlement, and the location of a Roman fort is still visible today. The renowned JCB factory is located in Rocester, and the business has manicured the area in order to create some lovely walks with some intriguing sculptures around the facility and the adjoining parkland. The Fossor, a potent allusion to JCB fashioned completely of bits from a digger, is the most significant of these. The Limestone Way, which leads to Matlock, begins in Rocester, which is also halfway along the Staffordshire Way, which traverses the entire length of Staffordshire. The charming market town of Ashbourne is close to Rocester, and Alton Towers, which offers family-friendly entertainment, is only a short drive away. Discover the historic homes, market towns, moorland, rolling hills, and valleys of the Peak District National Park in either Staffordshire or Derbyshire, all of which are close to Rocester.
