A vaulted ceiling, glass balustrades, mezanine with seaview, well equipped kitchen, dining, lounging area, 1 king bedroom and shower room, you will have everything you need for a memorable holiday. On the top floor mezanine there are 2 swivel soft chairs for you to enjoy the view out to sea, the view reaching out over the street and fields to see the local fishing and sailing boats coming and going on the tides. In the well equipped kitchen you also have a breakfast bar with stools, dishwasher, oven and microwave. Live and moored in Wells. Our undercover parking space will not be available April to October 2025, which is rare in such a sought after location. Request to book this for other dates in our undercover parking with restrictions in our yard designed for lifeboat horses and carts. Normal sized cars as there are height and length restrictions,, please advise your car make and model. This must be advised before arrival day so that we can make the best use of this priveleged space. It cannot be booked on arrival day. Free on street parking nearby and the car park is 1 minute walk. Parking information directions and tips will be sent with the contactless self check in at least a week before arrival. Note that Anchorage Wells has a cleaning policy that is important to us as we work with many vulnerable people in the community. This does not affect our own thorough clean and we do not charge cleaning fees. All our lovely guests help with this is very much appreciated. You may have also seen that Wells was recently voted as the 2nd best place to live in England and we love sharing it with our guests. Amazing wildlife, walks, seals, restaurants, cafes and unique shops, peaceful yards, magical marshes, miles of soft golden sands, sand dunes and wide open beach, green pinewoods, , ALL on your doorstop. You dont have to go far to get fresh air and freedom when you come to Wells, however busy it gets this summer.
