Homely 3 bedroom 6 berth static caravan, the caravan benefits from having central heating and double glazing, separate shower and toilet rooms, 1 double bedroom, 2 twin small single bedrooms, kitchen with microwave, cooker, kettle and toaster as well a range of pots and pans, the pitch has a large parking space and extends to the rear with a large secluded gravelled area for sunbathing or entertaining. Snowlands leisure park features an indoor swimming pool, gym and friendly bar (the snowbar), launderette and also has a nice grassed play park for the children, it is a 10 min walk to Par beach, located in par it is a perfect base for visiting the Eden Project and The lost gardens of Heligan and is a short drive to St Austell & Fowey, as well as being a 30 min drive to Newquay etc. There are also many other pubs and restaurants within walking distance. This would be the perfect retreat for you to get away and have a nice break. Prices are inclusive of gas, electricity, water and site passes Sorry but no dogs allowed.
Could we please take this opportunity to mention that since the pandemic we can no longer have holidays starting on a Sunday as receptions is closed, The site owners require to know of all visitors on site. All visitors must report to reception immediately upon arrival during office hours mon to sat and before 5pm. Outside of these hours access to the site cannot be granted for new arrivals.
