The living areas in this property consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area with a double electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, a dining table for up to seven people, a sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning effect gas fire, and a separate sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of two doubles along with a family room with two double beds, a shower room and a cloakroom with WC. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn and a barbecue, as well as off-road private parking for up to three cars at the front of the property.
