The Red House Annexe is in the centre of Bourton on the Water, at the heart of the Cotswolds. Opposite Greystones nature reserve - this is fabulous for walkers or a couple looking for a peaceful retreat. There is also a travel cot and high chair for those with a baby. The property is a 3 minute walk to the river, surrounded by wonderful shops, restaurants, tea rooms and attractions. It truly is a tranquil English village.A great base for exploring the Cotswolds, and to return to and relax!

I have lived in the Cotswolds for 10 years and I love it! It is beautiful, with a vast amount of activities to do, great restaurants and pubs and fantastic walks. We give our guest access details, so that you can arrive and enter anytime after 3pm on the day. We like you to feel at home and have your privacy, so leave you alone, however, we are just in the main house if you have any queries.

Bourton on the Water is an idyllic English village, based right at the heart of the Cotswolds. In itself there are some lovely attractions, places to eat and just peaceful places to sit next to the river in the evening...and it's just a 5 mins walk from the Annexe. There is a nature reserve opposite with many beautiful walks. The Annexe itself is right next to a wonderful new Coop Supermarket, so handy to pick up essentials. Also, very close by is the fantastic Cotswold Clubhouse, a family activity centre, with a brand new soft play and lovely cafe..there is a fabulous baby and toddler area . Due to the location of the Annexe, you really can walk to all local attractions, restaurants, tea rooms and pubs. If you are car free, there are great bus links in the area to take you into Cheltenham, nearby Stow on the Wold and Moreton in Marsh.
