I live in Llanberis and absolutely love this part of the world. I enjoy climbing, mountain biking, wild swimming and sitting with a drink in hand admiring the view. You'll find everything you need in this stunning, well equipped 3 bedroom end terrace home, standing in the beautiful village of Llanberis nestled in snowdonia and with views over the quarry which is a world heritage site, surrounded by lakes and mountains, it's perfect for your getaway whether it be for relaxing or for adventures! It has been recently renovated to a high standard with some luxurious touches! On street parking only. It has a brand new large kitchen with island, as well as a breakfast bar and a big dining area with bifold doors opening onto the landscaped back garden. There is a beautiful family bathroom upstairs with free standing bath and seperate shower with giant rain shower head, and there is also a downstairs toilet. From Friend groups, to couples, to families, this home will be perfect for your stay in snowdonia, dogs are also more than welcome! The Snowdon path, pubs, cafes, restuarants, shops, bike and paddle board hire is all on the doorstep. A short drive away is zip world, bodnant gardens, angelseys stunning beaches, portmeirion, penrhyn castle and much much more. Property has a travel cot and high chair, please let me know if you'd like these for your stay. I do all cleaning, chanegovers, and basic maintenance myself and pass this saving directly onto you, the guests! That way you get to enjoy higher quality accomodation, on a tighter budget!! If there's anything you are unhappy with, I only live a few minutes away so am always happy to come and rectify any issues to ensure your stay is as perfect as possible. For larger groups, we have another property just across the road, which also has 3 bedrooms and can sleep 5. So between the two houses we can accomodate groups of up to 11. Get in touch :).

The village of Llanberis is the perfect place to base yourself to enjoy Snowdonia. With everything you need within walking distance, and even more a short drive away. The start of the Snowdon path, Padarn lake, paddle board and bike hire, the lake and Snowdon railways, ropeworks, cafes, pubs and more are all found in Llanberis. It is such a beautiful village, with a safe and friendly vibe.
