Short Stay St. Andrews is the largest provider of holiday let accommodation in St. Andrews with a large dedicated team to make your trip as smooth as possible. We also have a shop front on South Street in St. Andrews should you wish to pop in and chat. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. We are happy to communicate with all guests as much as necessary, but will otherwise leave you to enjoy your stay. When the booking is confirmed you will receive instructions via email with all the necessary information to check in at your leisure. Check in is from 4pm, unless one of our early check in options has been purchased. Check out is strictly 10am, unless one of our late check out options has been purchased. Check in is via a secure key box for which you will be provided the key box code 7 days prior to arrival. Free parking for several cars. 2 mins walk to town centre, 5 mins drive to Kingsbarns Golf Club, 5 mins to the beach. 15 mins drive to St Andrews and The Old Course. The property has it's own entrance on the ground floor and ample free parking directly outside to the rear. The accommodation layouts are as follows: Ground Floor - large lounge, kitchen with dining table. 1 shower room with toilet on this level. Access out to the rear garden via the kitchen French doors. First Floor - 1 double bedroom with ensuite, 2 further double bedrooms. Large family bathroom with bath tub and shower.

Kingsbarns is located 6 miles round the coast from St Andrews and has a wealth of attractions on its doorstep. Kingsbarns is famed for its world class golf course that sees the world’s best compete annually for the Dunhill Championships. The Cambo Estate and Fairmont Hotel are nearby so Kingsbarns is ideally placed for the coastal wedding venues. St Andrews is home to the Royal and Ancient Golf Club and the famous Old Course. Its amenities include Scotland's oldest university, founded in 1413, beautiful award winning beaches, historic buildings, including the ruins of the cathedral, castle and St Rule's Tower and a wide variety of specialist shops and restaurants. Renowned worldwide as "the home of golf” St Andrews has seven world-class links courses and others in the area include The Dukes, Kingsbarns and the Fairmont St Andrews complex. Everything in Kingsbarns is within walking distance, be it the local pub, café or indeed the golf links or distillery. The bus route to St Andrews and the East Neuk are approximately hourly. Taxis are available from St Andrews.
