As a family we’ve lived in Ollerton Village for over 30 years, running a B&B and Village Holidays’ holiday cottages, giving us a wealth of experience specialising in short term holiday rentals. Living a short walk away from our cottages in Ollerton and just two miles from Edwinstowe, we are more than happy to greet you on arrival or if you prefer, you can gain access to your holiday home with a key safe box at all of our properties. Our cottage is an entire 2-bedroom self-catering home, newly fully refurbished and tastefully decorated to give a wonderful country feel. Beautifully presented and immaculately clean. It features original oak beams, low ceilings and fireplace. Sleeping three people and set over two floors with a cosy lounge and kitchen/diner, family bathroom with walk-in shower and bath, with one King and one single bedroom on the first floor. Please note the bathroom is on the ground floor and staircase is steeper than would be found in new buildings with no balustrade and the floors are uneven in places, all adding to the character of a traditional village cottage. An enviable location nestled in the heart of the village boasting very short walks to two lovely local pubs, a superb Italian restaurant and an award winning tearoom beautifully positioned next to the quaint watermill and stream running opposite. Smoking is not allowed, and we are unable to accommodate pets.

Bieldside Cottage is right in the centre of Ollerton Village, located close to Newark in Nottinghamshire. Our Cottage allows for one car to be parked in front of the cottage. There is a free village car parking located just 200 meters away for additional cars. A bus stop is situated 200 metres from the property, with regular services to Newark, Mansfield, Nottingham and Worksop. There are many local cycle trails which are easily accessed from the property. National Cycle routes and Sherwood Pines are within the locality. It is ideal for exploring the surrounding country parks and estates, National Trust sites and has plenty of walking and cycling trails, as well as the stunning golf courses close by - Rufford Country Park (2 miles), Sherwood Forest (4 miles), Sherwood Pines (4 miles), Clumber Park (7 miles), Newark Castle (13 miles) and Nottingham city centre (19 mile
