Set in beautiful countryside between Greenhead and Haltwhistle, just off the A69 we are easily reached by all modes of transport and even on foot. Overlooking the Heritage site of Blenkinsopp Castle and set against the backdrop of historic Hadrian's Wall in the heart of the glorious unspoiled Northumbrian countryside. Blenkinsopp Castle Inn is a stunning coaching Inn steeped in history that dates back to the 13th Century. Oozing with history, it is the perfect place to relax and take advantage of our warm ambiance. A cosy traditional bar, with wooden beams and a roaring open fire.
In our restaurant, we use a seasonal selection of local produce for breakfast, lunch, and evening meals. We are the perfect place to enjoy a meal with a good selection of wine and beverages to choose from.
We have six en-suite Bed and Breakfast rooms.

Blenkinsopp Castle Inn once was the coach houses belonging to Blenkinsopp Castle, a 14th century castle now left in ruin after a fire in the 1920's. Neighbouring a peaceful residential Home Park looking out across well kept trees, shrubs and hybrid rhododendrons it is the picture of serenity. A pet friendly area with eight acres of high ground overlooking the estate which is ideal for exercising the dog while getting a breath of fresh Northumbrian air.
