A detached villa based in the popular residential village of Inverlochy. Our home boasts good views of Ben Nevis and the most attractive, fun fact is that the famous Jacobite Steam Train passes our garden each trip, so fantastic pictures can be taken!
We offer a self check in option for complete flexibility so you can enjoy your visit to Fort William without restrictions. I want guests to enjoy the relaxed, informal atmosphere and to enjoy freedom to explore the local area!
Hi! My name is Claire. I live in Braemar House with my family - my partner Liam and wonderful son Ronan. We both work full time while Ronan is at school so life is busy - which is why we love to offer guests complete flexibility to come and go to suit your trip. We don’t want you tied to set check in times, so have made the self check in process as simple as possible.
I’m always contactable via phone/message/email if I’m not at home - but to be honest I’m never that far away (although I do love to walk in the hills, when time allows! And we love to take Ronan swimming up Glen Nevis, when the weather is kind)!
Inverlochy is a very popular and quiet village, about 15/20 minutes walk into Fort William.
The famous Jacobite Steam Train passes our back garden daily giving fantastic picture opportunities!
We have nice views of Ben Nevis from our back garden - which should be enjoyed on nice days!
Old Inverlochy Castle is literally a 10 minute walk - and I would highly recommend visiting the Highland Soap Company if you have time as it is right next to it - and a real treat for both gifts and lunch!
