Our property offers a choice of four bedrooms for your stay. You will share the access to the property with other guests and enjoy a secure newly furnished warm, spacious and comfortable en-suite room. Each room comes with fresh linen,towels and smellies. All rooms have a river or countryside view with use of the outside terrace and tables to sit and enjoy the view of the river. You will share these area's with the cafe/deli guests April to September.
All rooms have WIFI, TV with freeview channels, hanging space, hairdryer and we provide tea and coffee making facilites in all bedrooms.
Breakfast/Lunch is available in our seasonal cafe & deli at the front of the property April to September with a 10% discount during your stay with us.

I live at the property and you'll be choosing to stay as part of my home in your self contained en suite rooms.
You will probably bump into me during your stay either running the cafe on site or out looking after my flowers and keeping the place neat and tidy.
I ask that you treat my home as you would your own and ask that you keep noise at a minimum when returning to the property and your room after 11pm.
I will confess I can turn into a bossy landlady if the 11pm rule is not respected.
To end on a positive note about me I always try to be friendly and on hand for you if you need anything or any info on the local area/what's on during your stay with us.
Guests love the position of our property being right on the riverbank in the village of Glasbury on Wye.
We have the Wye Valley walk at the other end of the bridge from us, plus the popular beach area to take a dip in the River Wye.
We have the Black Mountains and The Begwyn's hills within a 10 minute drive plus within 35 mins Pen y Fan and the Brecon Beacons and it's National Park.
We are on the Lon Las Cycle route and can provide overnight lock up for bicycles.
Next to our property you have Wye Valley Canoes for your canoe trips down the river plus we have two local pubs The Harp or The Old Barn Inn plus Foyles Hotel.
Hay on Wye is a 5 minute drive away with local shops plus Brecon or Builth Wells within 30 mins drive.
