Located on a residential street, the three bedroom bungalow in seaside village Morfa Nefyn also features a large private garden to the rear. Accessed via the kitchen from the side of the bungalow, or via French doors directly from the master bedroom, the garden features a spacious patio area with outdoor dining table and chairs. A few steps lead up from the patio onto a large lawn which is relatively private. It's a great socialising space, and perfect for al fresco dining on summer evenings. The Morfa Nefyn location on the Llŷn Peninsula makes it ideal to explore the stunning Wales Coast Path by foot. A short walk through the village leads to Traeth Nefyn (Nefyn Beach) with its long expanse of golden sand. Heading south west from the beach, or along a footpath through Nefyn Golf Club leads onto a small headland and the tiny fishing village of Porthdinllaen, famous for the Tŷ Coch Inn - a beachside pub which has been rated one of the world's best beach bars. It's an idyllic spot to grab a beer, and look out onto the bay, along with mountain views of Yr Eifl to the north. There are further coves to explore around the headland. There are more dramatic stretches of coastline along the Llŷn Peninsula which can be accessed along the coast path. With rugged sections of cliff top walks, interspersed with beautiful sandy coves and seaside towns and villages, the walks are scenic and relaxing. To the far end of the Peninsula, the small seaside resort of Aberdaron is quiet in contrast to the nearby vibrant town of Abersoch with its stunning beaches, restaurants and bars. Take a boat trip from the mainland to the Ynys Enlli (Bardsey Island), a beautiful island just off the coast that is a designated nature reserve and home to over 300 species of bird. Beer lovers should head to Cwrw Llŷn in the nearby village of Nefyn. A wonderful, small batch brewery, they offers tours and tastings as well as having a great tap room.
