Experience modern comfort in this stylish three-bedroom basement apartment, perfectly located in the heart of Regency Cheltenham. With its own private entrance and garden, this elegant space is part of a Grade II listed Regency townhouse.
Each of the three double bedrooms features a luxurious king-size bed, wardrobe and dressing table. Luxury cotton towels are provided for every guest. The second bedroom opens directly onto the courtyard garden through French doors, where you'll find a spacious six-seater hot tub and cozy garden seating for outdoor relaxation and socialising. The third bedroom, opened only for 5+ guest groups, is accessed through the garden and has its own ensuite (the second bathroom).
Inside, the open-plan lounge and dining area is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa, central expandable table and soft carpeting, ideal for unwinding in front of the 52-inch Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and fridge/freezer. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and biscuits are provided to make you feel right at home.
The apartment is fitted with strategically placed USB sockets for convenient charging, and super-fast WiFi ensures you're always connected. Guests can control the heating via a NEST thermostat.
