These serviced apartments are less than a mile from Edinburgh city centre. On-site paid parking is available and each apartment has free Wi-Fi, a 32-inch flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. Edinburgh Aparthotel are just 500 metres from the Royal Botanic Gardens. There are regular buses to the city centre, and Edinburgh Waverley Railway Station is just a 5-minute taxi journey away. There are supermarkets just 150 metres from the apartments and there are restaurants and pubs nearby. Edinburgh’s main shopping area, Princes Street, is less than a mile away. All of the double-glazed apartments have spacious lounge/dining area.. There are bright bedrooms and tiled private bathrooms with a bath and shower. Guests are greeted with a welcome pack including essentials such as milk, tea, coffee, sugar and washing up liquid.

Guests must have a valid credit card with them on arrival at the apartments. Failure to do so, may mean that the guests will not be allowed to check-in.

VAT receipts are issued upon departure only.
At check-in, a valid driver’s license or passport will be required to be shown from the person who is the lead guest on the booking.
The card holder of the card used to guarantee the booking must be present at the reception and must show photographic identification (driver's licence/passport) at the time of check-in. If the card holder is not present, the guest may be refused entry.
