Carlton House has been sympathetically restored and enjoyed by the existing owners and family for over 30 years. The property is a cosy and charming three-bedroom holiday home located in the historic village of Stokeinteignhead. The ideal base for exploring Devon.

Stokeinteignhead, a pretty chocolate box village located nearby to the River Teign, Shaldon and Teignmouth and nestled in a sheltered valley near the South Devon coastline. The village has a village shop, the 17th Century Church House Inn is less than 100 meters away. A perfect rural base for a family or a couple looking to explore everything that Devon has to offer.
Nearby Shaldon is situated at the mouth of the Teign Estuary, is an idyllic little fishing village with quaint cottages and narrow winding streets.
