Cedar Cottage is a brand new self contained cottage adjacent to our home with its own entrance and secure parking on site. It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable with high quality stylish furnishings including a king sized bed with Emma mattress. The village has 2 pubs, an excellent village shop and a hairdresser's within walking distance. Perfectly situated for easy access to Cheltenham Festivals, Upton-upon-Severn and the Cotswolds. Secure bike storage offered. Open plan kitchen/dining/ sitting room. Kitchen is well equipped with induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, coffee machine and ample crockery. We supply basic essentials including tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper, kitchen roll, washing-up liquid and dishwasher tablets. There is free Wi-Fi and a Freeview TV and plenty of plugs and USB charging points. The bedroom is light and airy and enjoys a glazed oak door with Juliet balcony. The award-winning king-size Emma bed and mattress, along with Egyptian cotton sheets and blackout lined curtains ensures a comfortable night's sleep. There is a chest of drawers and hanging cupboard plus iron, ironing board and hairdryer. The en-suite shower room has a good-sized shower with hot water provided by a combi-boiler, heated towel rail and towels provided. Outside there is a parking space behind secure, electric gates and a small patio with dining furniture where you can enjoy a drink whilst admiring the view of Bredon Hill.

We are a busy family of six who enjoy rugby, boats, paddle boarding, vintage cars and walking. We love welcoming guests to our cottage and sharing local knowledge.

Eckington enjoys are wonderful setting at the base of Bredon Hill and on the banks of the River Avon. Its central location provides easy access to a variety of sites and attractions, including the Cotswolds, Forest of Dean, Malvern Hills, Cheltenham, Worcester and Stratford-upon- Avon. There are many local National Trust properties nearby and several theatres. There is easy access to Oxford and London via the direct trains from Pershore, 4 miles away.
