The fine print
We are compliant with UK government fire safety guidelines for holiday lettings, however, the front door is the sole means of escape in case of fire. This means that certain measures need to be in place to reduce the risk of fire and promote the safety of guests.
The property is not suitable for persons who may have reduced mobility, because in case of fire, the evacuation plan may involve climbing flights of stairs or exiting via a window.
Guests will need to ensure they have an accessible means of contacting emergency services at all times whilst in the property.
