Characterful cottage extension only 7 minutes drive from Bristol Airport, 10 minutes to Clifton and 15 to Weston-s-Mare. Being semi-rural, but in a village it benefits from country walks on its doorstep and local amenities including convenience store, post office, bakery, chemist and Fish & Chip shop. A pub is a 3 minute walk away. The recently built extension provides a private stay adjacent to an orchard. The rooms are cottage style, but with a modern light living space.

The property is self-contained, but either myself or a family member should be nearby and contactable if needed.

There is a recreation ground a 3 minute walk away, country walks being on the foot of the mendip hills and a bakery selling fresh coffee and cakes. A farm shop is also close-by selling fresh produce. Other nearby attractions include Bristol's vast variety of shops, Museums and Acquarium, The Mall at Cribbs Causeway, Clevedon Pier, Puxton Park Leisure Park and Noah's Ark Zoo, which are all 10 minutes away by car. Further afield, but within easy driving distance are Cheddar Gorge & Caves, Wookey Hole Caves, The Wave (Surf Park), the Cotswolds, Bath with its Roman Baths and Longleit Safari Park. The village is served by a regular bus service running between Bristol and Weston-Super-Mare. There are country moores closeby which are good for cycling and seeing wildlife.
