Enviably located in the heart of the St Andrews, within walking distance of the beaches and the world-famous golf course, this characterful semi-detached house boasts two double bedrooms with en-suites, generous open-plan living and dining space, a private balcony and a fully-enclosed garden.
The house is located just 400m away from Market Street, which has a good variety of restaurants, shops and local supermarkets, including Tesco and Sainsburys. A larger Morrisons is located at the south end of the city, a brisk 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive away. There is an excellent selection of pubs and attractions as you continue down Market Street, as well on North and South Street which run parallel. At the end of market street take a right then a left at the first roundabout; this road will lead you down to East Sands beach which makes for a great spot during nice weather. Should you require anything further (help on using the hob/oven, coffee machine, showers, bbq etc) please don't hesitate to get in touch with me.
