Welcome to Chelmer Springs – Your Perfect Getaway in Chelmsford! Experience comfort and convenience in our stylish 1-bedroom apartment located in Springfield. Nestled in a prime location near the police headquarters and offering easy access to Chelmsford city centre, our apartments are the ideal choice for both short and long stays. We have a choice of 3 apartments at the same address. Two on the ground and 1 on the first floor. Please request if you have a preference but we cannot guarantee a specific apartment upon booking. All reservations made with us will be subject to further checks upon receipt of booking. Requirements per booking will be: Guest details to be confirmed Signed terms and conditions with photographic ID Damage waiver or security deposit. The 'management fee' listed on Airbnb is our Damage Deposit Waiver fee. Full information on this is found within our terms and conditions, which protects against charges for accidental damage during your stay with us. There is an opt out facility during the booking process, which reverts to a standard pre-authorisation damage deposit. These are in addition to the online travel agent's own checks and is there for the protection of our staff and other guests.
