In February 2015, Barbara and Martyn expanded their successful twenty-five-year track record in North Kyme by acquiring The Claremont. Drawn to the charm of this wonderful village, they couldn't resist the opportunity. The Claremont remains a family-run business, supported by our small yet dedicated team committed to delivering quality and enthusiasm. Welcome to our beautifully refurbished Victorian Guest House, nestled in the heart of Woodhall Spa. The Claremont, once the Old Station Master's House back when Woodhall Spa had its own railway station, now boasts 10 ensuite rooms spread over three floors. Please note, there is no lift available at The Claremont. Guests at The Claremont are treated to a complimentary English breakfast and free Wi-Fi, with all rooms featuring en-suite facilities. Additionally, there are two electrical charging points available for use (fee required). Our guests have full access to the beautiful garden at the rear of the property, as well as the convenience of free on-site parking. New for 2026: The Claremont Apartment. This two-bedroom apartment is conveniently located just a five-minute walk from The Claremont. Situated on the ground floor, it offers a private car space. The apartment features a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom. The kitchen/lounge/dining area is equipped with a microwave, air fryer, oven, fridge, freezer, and dining table. Additionally, there is a small balcony off the lounge. Centrally located in Woodhall Spa, the apartment is close to all amenities. Check-in will take place at The Claremont.

The Claremont is centrally located in the picturesque village of Woodhall Spa, renowned for its charming Kinema in the Woods and its historical association with the RAF 617 Squadron from the Second World War. Woodhall Spa is just four miles from Coningsby, home to the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, Typhoons, and the fascinating BBMF Museum, rich with aviation history. Further afield, Lincoln lies only 16 miles away, where you can explore the stunning Lincoln Cathedral, the recently renovated Lincoln Castle and the International Bomber Command Centre. For a seaside escape, the town of Skegness is just 30 miles away, offering the perfect opportunity for a beach walk and some classic fish and chips.
