If you need to travel out of the area, Liverpool Lime Street rail station is just a 10-minute walk away and Royal Liverpool University Hospital is just a 4-minute walk away. IMPORTANT NOTE: ✅ Please note that ensuite single rooms do not include kitchen access. ✅ Please be aware that the rooms are not equipped with air-conditioning or fans. ✅ Safety and security are paramount, so after completing your booking, you'll need to submit your valid ID and fill in some basic information for vetting purposes on our guest portal after completing your booking. ✅ Please be informed that we do not allow guests below 18 years old to stay in the accommodation. ✅ Please note that this is primarily a Student Accommodation but is used as short-stay accommodations for non-students over the summer period. ✅ Please do look after our apartment as if it were your own. If additional cleaning is required after the check out, this may be chargeable.
