Within our town house, we have two self contained units and one simple double room with shared facilities. Our delux studio includes a super king bed which can also be set up as a twin, this stylish apartment caters to both couples and friends. Open-plan design, with stunning decor, cozy eating area and a simple kitchenette. Our smaller studio also includes a simple kitchenette and small bathroom with a double bed. And just 5 minutes from surfing beach, bars, restaurants & shops, makes it an ideal retreat for those seeking a seaside escape.

Welcome to the Trenance Road area of Newquay! This vibrant neighbourhood is just a 5-minute walk from the beach, offers easy access to surfing, coastal walks and water sports. The famous Concrete Waves skatepark is a 13-minute walk away, perfect for skateboarding enthusiasts or those just wanting to watch the incredible Newquay stake talent.
