Kitchen Two small steps lead up to the kitchen, which is located at the rear of the property, with views of the courtyard garden. The traditional shaker style kitchen is a bright and colourful space to enjoy. The kitchen is well equipped with all of the modern appliances required, including an oven, four ring induction hob with extractor fan above, integrated dishwasher, integrated fridge, integrated freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, Delonghi microwave, kettle and toaster. Dining Room Positioned at the front of the property, this spacious dining room is the perfect space for quality family meal times together. There is a solid wooden circular table with four chairs. Sitting room Located at the front of the property, with gorgeous sea views . This comfortable homey sitting room is the ideal place to sit back and relax after a long day exploring. There is a two seater sofa, two armchairs and an array of side tables. There is a 40'' TV connected to Free Sat and a Roku device with all of the smart capabilities. Neighbourhood information

Southwold is a seaside town situated along the East Suffolk coast within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and resting between Lowestoft and Ipswich. Southwold is known as the home of Adnams Brewery which was established in the town in 1872 and it also has its own lighthouse, a museum and a picturesque pier which has a selection of colourful beach huts and which plays host to the regular Southwold Model Yacht regatta. The town boasts a number of excellent restaurants and eateries with a particular nod to its seaside location so there is always plenty of seafood and fish on the menu. Southwold has some fantastic independent shops, boutiques, galleries and pubs which are great for a browse and to stock up on essentials for your holiday. Just outside Southwold there are a number of great attractions for the whole family including Africa Alive Zoological Reserve, RSPB Minsmere and Dunwich Museum as well as scenic towns such as Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Leiston and Lowestoft to visit.
