Recently refurbished to a high standard, Cockleshell is a slate and stone property perched atop Port Isaac, offering captivating sea views of Port Isaac Bay and beyond, all the way to Tintagel Head. The sandy cove of Port Gaverne and the historic fishing harbour of Port Isaac are both within short walks in opposite directions. This sociable home features an open-plan living area, including a newly added sunroom to maximise those breathtaking views. There's also a raised seating area with a bistro table and chairs. For your convenience, there's parking space for two cars, with one bay equipped with an electric charging point for electric vehicles, along with guest parking on a first-come-first-served basis. Cosy underfloor heating and a modern kitchen make the open-plan living space perfect for relaxation while appreciating the stunning sea views. Upstairs, you'll discover two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts ample storage, a king-size bed, an ensuite shower room, and a balcony offering panoramic sea views along the coast.
