The listing is suitable for professionals, Only students on Internship, Workawayers (ie those who work in London during the week and go back home over the weekends. Remote workers or unemployed guests are not welcome, because staying in the house all day puts a lot of strain on our utility, we have factored this in and made our rates cheaper. The flat is located in Central London zone 2 under the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, which makes it a fantastic neighbourhood to live and vibrant. The flat is close to all amenities. The nearest station is White City ( Central line), Ladbroke grove (Hammersmith & City Line), Kensal Green (Overground). it only takes 15 minutes on the train to central London. And lots of bus routes which operates for 24 hours. It's a lovely quiet flat with no road noise. Guests are welcome to use the equipment in the kitchenette (which has 3 in one ie oven, grill and microwave) Guest are welcome to use a section in the fridge and freezer, toaster & kettle etc. Guests are spoilt for choice with local cafes, serving wonderful British breakfast and Westfield (biggest mall in Uk) is only few minutes walk with lots of restaurants and bars. Wormwood scubs park is only 2 minutes from the flat, it is big, well maintained and good for relaxation, It has a FREE gym equipments for outdoor exercise. The swimming pool is few minutes walk from the flat.
