Refurbished, modern, apartment with new bed, carpets etc. The apartment has a large 50 inch smart Tv, washer dryer, fridge freezer. The apartment hs a large bedroom and lounge. New kitchen equipped with Oven, fridge freezer, microwave, hob and new bathroom. Fresh towels and a powerful shower.

Situated in a quiet area but near enough to all facilities. Lidl supermarket is 80 metres away, Saddler gate, friar gate and Derbion centre are a short 5 min walk. Derbion has lots of shops, restaurants, cinema and a bowling alley. The train and bus station are within a few minutes or walk or a short taxi ride, Harley park, Markeaton park are close by.
