Compass Point is set within Maenporth Valley and the Village of Gardens, near Falmouth, beaches within a mile and the town of Falmouth just 3 miles where you will find all the local amenities, including pubs, shops and restaurants. There are three bedrooms sleeping six people and a good sized family bathroom with bath and shower over. The living area is open plan with kitchen, dining and sitting area. Outside there is a patio area and the large communal gardens on which children can play or sit and relax with a picnic. The cottage has off road parking for one car, there is also visitors parking nearby and onsite facilities including a small splash pool (seasonal opening times, not available until Easter) and tennis court.
