A totally refurbished Apartment (April 2023) to a high end specification, in a Private Gated Development, with off road secure parking and key-safe access. Built in 2007 on a former Mill Owners plot, within the leafy outskirts of Chorley Town Centre. Completely refurnished and redecorated with new carpeting / vinyl flooring, fixtures and door fittings throughout. Newly fitted Kitchen / breakfast bar / home work station with top end integrated appliances throughout by NEFF and Zanussi, including gas hob / electric fan oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, composite acrylic worktop, pop up power points with USB A & C charging points. Yea and coffee maker, ice-making machine and fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, cookware and utensils. Base welcome/starter food pack included. Hardwired heat alarm, CO2 alarm, fire extinguisher / fire blanket and first aid kit. Refitted, south-facing Double Bedroom with new sliding mirror wardrobes, Internet Connected Multimedia Smart TV, Dressing Table, New Double Bed, Mattress and Quality Linen, side tables with power sockets and USB charging points. Hairdryer / straighteners. South facing Lounge, Dining, Home-working room with 75 inch Internet Connected Smart TV with access to premium apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. Leather Sofas with Electrically adjustable Head/footrests and integrated USB charging point, coffee / occasional tables and low/ceiling lighting. We are Kevin and Val Brown, a Happily Retired Business Consultant and Corporate Insurance Broker with a family of three who now enjoy the time to live, love and laugh in Skiathos Greece, U.K. and ‘bucket list’ travel destinations around the world. We now spend most of the year in our Greek Island home or travelling and have completed (April 23) a total, top to bottom high specification refurbishment of our recently purchased U.K. apartment, based in a quiet leafy area on the edge of Chorley as our own ‘home from Greek home. We have now decided when we are out of the U.K. to rent it exclusively as a whole, serviced accommodation unit for three nights to three months at a time aimed at those corporate, contractor or leisure users willing to enjoy and treat it / leave it as carefully as we have presented it, with every possible quality fixture, fitting and facility to make your stay as convenient and comfortable as possible. We have personal experience renting all kinds of serviced accommodation around the U.K and Europe and also enjoy hosting ourselves, having rented out our own Greek Villa in the years leading up to our retirement.
Apartment 26 Belvedere Court, Kensington Road Chorley is one of 16 apartments built on the site of a former Mill Owners Villa, on the quiet, leafy edge of a vibrant, Market Town Centre with one of the longest established open markets in the country. Chorley Town / Local Area Chorley is a historical market town with the benefit of much investment in recent years. The full market opens on a Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 0900 to 1630. The market, town centre and railway station are all within a short walking distance. Chorley railway station takes you to Manchester and the airport to the south and Preston,  Lancaster, the Lake District and Scotland to the North. Nearby (5 minute drive) Euxton railway station provides a service to Wigan and Liverpool. In Chorley we have a new cinema complex, many restaurants and public houses and a great deal of top high street brands have been attracted to this vibrant place. All the major coffee houses, fast food chains and major supermarkets are represented along with local producers in the market stalls.
