Cosy Flint Cottage is within walking distance of The South Downs National Park. Our cottage is located in a peaceful and friendly village with two great pubs, fabulous Thai restaurant, post office and local Marks and Spencer BP convenience store, all only a short stroll away. You can enjoy a walking, cycling or a relaxing holiday. The cottage is located only a 10 minute drive into Eastbourne Town Centre and Seafront. There is a garden to the front and rear of the cottage. This is an old cottage, built in the 1750s, and some people may find the stairs steep, the stairs are carpeted and there is a handrail. We also have stair gates that you can put on the top landing and at the bottom of the stairs if you have young children.
