You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable 300 GBP deposit (with a small, non-refundable 4.70 GBP fee for UK cards or 9.00 GBP for international cards) or purchasing a non-refundable 30 GBP damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to 300 GBP during your stay. Gorgeous lakeside 3-bed house in the Cotswolds Water Park. Its ‘upside-down’ design allows for picturesque views over Summer Lake from the upstairs open-plan lounge, fully equipped kitchen, and up and downstairs decks. A bright, sunny space with vaulted ceilings and oak wood floors, it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind with family and friends! Master and second bedrooms open onto an east-facing deck with stunning lakeside view. Private dock with 2 kayaks and tennis court also included. The space Spacious, bright open plan lounge with views of the lake and a large T.V. offering Sky and Netflix. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and the birdlife from the decks or head out walking, cycling, fishing or boating in the surrounding lakes and trails. Comfortable, carpeted bedrooms all with ensuites. A New England style home, made comfortable by the owners who are a family of artists. Guest access Summer Lake has gated access for those staying on the lake and the code will be given to guests before arrival. The code allows pedestrian access through a gate into a wonderful network of woodland paths, one of which follows the historic Thames and Severn Canal. Guests can use the tennis court, a short walk from the house through landscaped gardens. Guests can bring their own rod - with an Environment Agency Rod License - and fish from our private dock.

Noise carries over water so consideration is required for other residents enjoying the site at all times. TV, music or socialising should not be audible in another property and there is a cut-off time of 11 pm for such activities on the outside decks. Stag or hen parties are not permitted. This property is on the water, so water safety must be practiced at all times. Swimming is not permitted on this lake, but there are locations in The Park where it is. Kayaking, paddleboarding and rowing are allowed but are undertaken at the guest’s own risk. Buoyancy aides must be worn when boating. Please note that since the property is on the lake and we try to use environmentally friendly cleaning methods, there may be pollen, seeds, spiders and insects near the house as they are very common in the area.
