For bookings made less than 30 days prior, payment is due at the time of booking, upon receipt of invoice.* Situated in Ramoyle's Conservation area with communal grounds extending to around 1/2 acre. Laighills parkland is located just one minute from your doorstep and you're just a short walk to shops, restaurants and cafes. IN SUMMER a bright and inviting space with back door leading onto the garden terrace. IN WINTER a cosy retreat with log burner and all your favourite streaming channels. We're huge dog lovers so want to offer guests the opportunity to bring their beloved pet on holiday with them. The property is licensed for a maximum of 2 GUESTS. Please see important notes below on dogs, occupancy, parking and communal spaces.
Renovating this 1800's build and hosting since 2018 had been a little labour of love. I enjoy connecting with people from all walks of life, from all over the world.
