Cosy home located in the historic market town of Dereham, very close to all its amenities including many independent cafes, shops and restaurants. An ideal central base for visiting all that Norfolk has to offer, 45 minutes to the coast, 30 minutes to Norwich.
A modernised Victorian cottage, which has a peaceful south facing garden, fully equipped kitchen, comfy living room with feature fireplace, wifi, large screen tv, stunning en suite bathroom/shower, and downstairs WC. Parking for 2 cars.
