It is also close to Serpentine woods and Kendal Golf club, the start of many fell walks. It is also great for easy access to the Lake District with Windermere just 15 minutes away. A private entrance leads into a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a lovely outdoor garden with seating. You enter the property straight into a cosy living room with a sofa, armchair, smart TV, coffee table, books and board games. Free WIFI and Netflix/Disney+ On the ground floor you walk through into the kitchen which has a beautiful original fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, robert’s radio, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, cooker/hobs, fridge, a dining table and chairs. A narrow hallway leads upstairs to two bedrooms , one with an en-suite shower room. The master bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe with hanging folded storage, a hairdryer, full length mirror and a Robert’s radio alarm clock. This bedroom has an ensuite shower room with a rainfall shower. Across the landing in the second bedroom is 2 single beds and a wardrobe. Down the hallway from the kitchen goes downstairs to the second bathroom and the private courtyard entrance. In the basement level of the house, there is a second bathroom containing a freestanding bath, toilet and wash hand basin. Also a washing machine, freezer and coat hooks. From the basement level there is a lovely private courtyard with table, chairs and a bench. We use a free parking space for guests to use just a 2 minute walk away from the property. For loading/unloading at the property you are able to drive up the street to park outside for a short time as it is a cut de sac.
