Crossing Retreat is a timber clad barn which has been renovated to give guests a taste of the countryside with a quirky twist. The large bi-folding doors along one side of the Retreat allow guests to open up their living space to the outdoors, perfect for those warm evenings. It contains a daybed with very easily pulls out into a King size bed with 2 pocket sprung mattresses. Keep it as a bed thoughout your stay or change it back to a couch during the day, allowing you to watch movies on the big screen using the projector. Turn the sound system up to listen to your favourite tunes and play pool as much as you like with your own private pool table (all included in the price). Outside of the property there is a private driveway, outdoor dining and seating area. There are far reaching views from most aspects of the property and beautiful walks along secluded rural roads. The property is at the end of the lane so very limited traffic passes by.

Crossing Retreat is a short distance from miles and miles of beautiful golden sandy beaches as well as only 2.5 miles from the Norfolk broads. Here you can hire stand up paddle boards, kayaks or try wild swimming. There are so many places to eat and drink along the rivers nearby making it a lovely place to relax. The beautiful historic city of Norwich is just a 15mins drive/ train ride (train station in nearby Wroxham) offering our guests a wonderful selection of independent shops and eateries. Norfolk has a wealth of National Trust and English Heritage buildings, notably Blickling Hall.
