MacLean Cottage is situated in the scenic village of Arrochar which sits on the banks of Loch Long. No matter where you turn, you are guaranteed to experience the true beauty of Scotland. The cottage is perfectly positioned within walking distance to an array of local amenities such as bars and restaurants with The Village Inn a mere 2 minute walk away, and an abundance of walking trails and water activities including fan favourites, kayaking and jet-skiing. MacLean Cottage has been recently upgraded throughout in 2022. Internally, the property boasts intimate and cosy accommodation with a Scottish theme throughout comprising of; bright and welcoming entrance hall, main sitting room with smart TV and electric fire place for those chilly Scottish evenings, front facing dining room with direct access through french doors to a decked area with bonnie views overlooking Loch Long and The Cobbler Corbett (mountain), main bathroom with three piece suite and shower over bath, and large galley kitchen with integrated appliances and access to the private rear garden. Following the tartan carpets will lead you up the stairs to three double bedrooms each with their own theme and open outlook, with the master offering an en-suite shower room. In the expansive rear garden, you will find stairs leading to an elevated decked area hosting a sheltered hot tub, al fresco barbecue and dining area as well as easy to use outdoor gas heaters to keep you warm throughout the day and night to allow you to immerse yourself in the picturesque views. In addition, continuing through the decking area will bring you to a newly turfed space.
