Duffy's Den is a beautiful, new caravan, sited on the Parkdean California Cliffs holiday site. Dogs are welcome on site, and we allow well behaved dogs to join you in your stay. We do ask that your pets do not go on the furniture please. Duffy's den has 1 master bedroom with a kingsize bed,lovely comfy bed with a memory foam mattress topper, and padded quilted mattress cover making it super comfy.There is a walk in wardrobe area, bedside laps with built in USB ports, small vanity area, and hairdryer for our guests use. You will also find a Travel Cot there which is new for 2025, and our guests are able to use - however, you will need to bring your own bedding for baby, and you will need to put it it up and then take the cot down at the end of your stay please?You are not being charged extra for this, we are just trying to help families with small babies with the amount of equipment they need and perhaps free up some booot space! Also in this Master bedroom, New for 2025, we have just put a Wall-Mounted TV in here for you. There is then a twin bedroom, with wardrobe, bedside cabinet, USB fittings. In the lounge area you have freestanding furniture, a double size sofa bed(bedding for this is located in the walk in wardrobe area of the main bedroom. For 2025, you have a New 43inch TV and separate DVD/CD player. A selection of dvd's, and a storage footstool. We have a several family based games,suitable for all ages including a giant Jenga game and a few children’s books. In the Kitchen, it’s fully fitted, large fridge freezer, gas oven, combi microwave, toaster, kettle,slow cooker, air fryer and new Dolce Gusto Coffee machine(bring po crockery and cutlery you need including wineglasses,saucepans, baking trays etc. The bathroom, has a low level wc, heated towel rail, mirror and shelf over the sink, and a walk in shower unit. An iron and ironing board are in the wardrobe with a Shark Hoover. It also has radiator central heating. Outdoor chairs for the decking area

Andy and Nicki, welcome you to our holiday home with open arms, it is our real "go to" when we want to be away from the hussle and bustle of working life. We love it there, but with rising pitch fee's we made the tough decision to let others get some pleasure too, we cant be there all the time - Yet! All we ask, is that you help us to look after it, always leaving it clean and tidy for our next guests is really appreciated. We do use a Cleaning Company, who are great, your beds are made up ready for you, and towels. And bath mat are left in the bathroom for you. The ladies are always willing to help if you need help during your stay. Likewise we are only a text or telephone call away. In the lounge area, on the shelf, there is a guest Book. Please fill out a page if you feel like it, we love reading and really try to address any ideas or issues you may have had. We really appreciate this. We do have parking space for 2 vehicles, and. Entry to the property is via a. Key code. The. Key Safe is located on one of the posts next to the gate, you will receive an automated email a couple of days before your stay with the details. Inside the metal “shed” you will fine the outdoor chairs for the decking. We are looking to replace all of these in the very near future. Keys can be found hanging next to the fridge Freezer.

With plenty to do on site, there is a bar, restaurant, outside decking area, amusments, a large theatre with another bar, as well as an indoor/outdoor swimming pool.. There is a charge for this, and passes can be purchased from the Reception area. These passes are NOT included in the price of your stay. There is an open topped bus that stops right outside the park gates, making getting around really easy. You have Great Yarmouth Races if you fancy a flutter, or he Greyhound Races also on the way. Pleasurewood Hills, Africa Alive, Brewery's and Cider Farms all close by. You could stop in at Caister, Hemsby, move onto Lowestoft and their award winning beach and so much more. There really is so much to do and explore for all ages. We are trying to add leaflets in the caravan with ideas for you.The Hippodrome Circus in Great Yarmouth offers a fantastic show, and there are regular celebrity performances at the wellington PierTheatre and regular tribute acts in Lowestoft too. Once you have your passes, you can also use the facilities at Parkdean Summerfields, just round the corner, and also the Duchy on the chalet park, next door. The California Tavern is a. Good night out and their food is good too.Oppostite there is Angelo’s Cafe, who equally do great food. Around the corner from our site is Scraby Bakery,which is pretty amazing. Just down the road in Caister is a Lidl’s for a food shop, also a Tesco’s. If you are staying a week, you could always order your groceries online and get them delivered to Duffy’s Den. We have just added mobile WI-FI to the caravan, which will help with mobile phones, tablets, laptops etc.
