Good location for where we needed to go, easy access to shops, etc. Accommodation was clean and tidy. Being on the ground floor and being next to the entrance was really good so I could take the dogs out easy to do their business.

A modern and well-furnished contemporary 3-bedroom ground floor flat in the heart of Coatbridge with free, long term, parking present at the property. The kitchen-diner has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker, toaster, microwave and washing machine all conveniently placed in the room. There’s a small breakfast bar and a 4–5-seater dining table. The kitchen area has a hard, easy-to-clean, floor surface, so its no problem to bring a dog to the property. In the main sitting area is a luxurious four-seater, and two-seater sofa, so you can enjoy the flat screen TV that’s available at the property. The bathroom has a full-size bath with a stand-up shower compartment at one end of the bath. There's also a sink and toilet, all finished in a plain white.

Neighbourhood information

Coatbridge is just on the outskirts of Glasgow with easy access to both road and rail services into the centre of Glasgow and Edinburgh. You also have access to the M73 that links up with the M80 taking you north to Stirling, Perth and beyond. Staying in Coatbridge gives you the best of both worlds, with Glasgow and Edinburgh both in close proximity.
