This comfortable ground floor cottage apartment has off-street parking for 3+ vehicles. It has full fibre WiFi. Bedrooms lock, have smart TVs and work spaces. One is en-suite. All have blackout blinds.
The living room/kitchen area has a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven and microwave. There's a laundry room. It's a great home from home for people visiting Elgin or working locally.
I'm from this beautiful area and happy to assist guests to make their stay special. I enjoy meeting new people and helping them make the most of the area
The cottage is close to Cooper Park, the river Lossie and other beautiful walks. It's an easy 10 minute walk into the town center.
There's a great golf course in town and also around 7 within 15 mins drive. There's distilleries with visitor centers in town and it's a short drive or bus ride to Glen Fiddoch, MacAllan and more
