Cosy beachfront sunny flat with outdoor terraces front and rear to enjoy day long sunshine. The apartment has two double bedrooms , the master has a super king size bed ,an en-suite full bathroom and there is a separate walk in shower room with additional toilet and hand basin .This makes a comfortable space for a family or two couples. The beds can be arranged as singles or a double . The lounge is generously sized with a corner lounging sofa , electric fire, flat screen TV , dining table and chairs . The kitchen is set aside to the lounge and has full cooker , toaster , coffee machine , washing machine and is fully equipped for any amount of cooking. The apartment is lower ground level, reached by 5 steps to the front door and is then on the level with no internal stairs. It is furnished throughout in a cosy themed style with soft accent lighting but is also bright and sunny. The rear patio is great for outdoor dining in the summer months. Quiet location directly opposite the shingle board walk beach within a short walk into the bustling harbour with plentiful eateries , pop up bars and cafes Lovely 20-30 minute strolls along the seafront to Sandgate where there are lots of interesting antique shops, cafes pubs and restaurants Folkestone town centre is a short walk up the steps at the rear of the property

Hi, I’m Judi and I been hosting guests in my lovely seafront comfortable apartment for a couple of years I’m married with two grown up adult children and love the lifestyle in Folkestone , great bars and restaurants, music , theatre and all that the town has offer whatever time of the year. I’m a keen walker and swimmer and enjoy all the different walks that are available for all abilities. No I do not live on the premises

The flat is right on the beach A short stroll in one direction leads to the Lower Leas coastal park and the quiet shingle beach with easy access into the sea if you like outdoor swimming . In the opposite direction is the bustling and picturesque Harbour Area , this has the famous Harbour Arm with the restored railway platform with plentiful pop up cafes , bars , seasonal live music , The Goods yard undercover food outlets , craft market, big screen entertainment that will appeal to every age. Once you get to Folkestone , the car can be parked snd forgotten until you leave for home Everything is within easy walking distance Taxis are available and local buses will take you further afield if you want to visit other Kent seaside towns
