A 3 bedroom new build home, in the city of Inverness. Set in the outskirts but situated in an elevated position, allowing you stunning views across Inverness to the countryside beyond. Faillie is a short walk from a supermarket and a short drive from the city centre, it is also very convenient for anyone attending or visiting Raigmore Hospital. The property was built in 2022, and so is a modern eco- friendly property benefitting from solar panels, a high standard of insulation, and Eco- friendly heating throughout. It is a great location to base yourself to discover the natural beauty of the Highlands with easy access to the NC500, Isle of Skye, Loch Ness, stunning golf courses and the internationally famous Whisky trails of Speyside, Go dolphin spotting at Chanonry Point, there are also indoor and outdoor bowling facilities close by, an indoor climbing Centre and restaurants to cater for every taste in the city centre. If it's the Arts you are interested in, why not have a look at the variety of shows and activities taking place at Eden Court theatre/cinema or visit Vue cinema to watch the latest blockbuster movies. There are also a variety of parks and activities such as the trampolines at Infinity for younger members of group.We would kindly ask that any dogs that are staying in the property are at all times accompanied and never left unattended.
We are always on hand to assist our guests with any queries they have. Our aim is to create the most perfect base we can for visiting the City of Inverness or futher afield. We have a team of 1st Class cleaners who deliver a perfect clean everytime to make sure the house is spotless and fully prepared for our next guests. Day to day running of the property is managed by Freya ,who is happy to help with requests and queries about the area.
The property is in a quiet location, but it is only a short drive from the stunning scenery of Loch Ness, Strathnairn , The Caledonian canal, yet there is easy access to a supermarket ,golf driving range ,indoor bowling ,a gym with swimming pool, indoor climbing wall, fast food outlets and there is a good network access to the main arterial roads and public transport. The airport is 25minutes away and main roads to all areas are within easy reach.
