We’re also highly committed to reducing our environmental impact and in April 2019 we launched a project to eliminate all single use plastic from all our apartments. We’re proud to be working with Johnstone's Laundry who work with the Carbon Trust to implement measures to reduce our and their carbon footprint. They use the latest washing and drying technology which has allowed them to recycle their rinse water, reducing their water consumption by 20 litres per kilo of washing, and heat the incoming cold water from the outgoing main hot wash. This dramatically reduces boiler usage and the need for steam. If you’d rather leave the car at home to be even more eco-friendly, we’re only a short walk from the railway and bus stations and the local bus company offers fantastic deals to get you around the area Should you need a washing machine there is a coin operated machine with a tumble dryer on the ground floor.

Fiveway Apartments are right on Paignton seafront, at the heart of Torbay. Perfect for watching the sun rise and set over the beautiful beaches of the English Riviera. We’re lucky to have a warm microclimate climate in Torbay, that allows palm trees to grow, we have one in our courtyard ! There are no less than nine sandy beaches and extremely high standards of water quality. Torbay is the holder of three European Blue Flags , more than any English resort . There’s lots to do in Paignton whatever the weather! Nearby you’ll find Paignton Zoo, Living Coasts, and of course, the beach which offers a range of water sports and boat trips. The town centre is a short walk from the apartments and there’s plenty of cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops within easy walking distance. Don’t forget to try a famous Devon cream tea or some fresh fish and chips but watch out for the seagulls! You can catch the Dartmoor heritage steam train from Paignton station, which takes you on a round trip to Dartmouth. It’s almost like being on the Hogwarts Express!
