Flint House is an exceptional home, ideal for families and friends. Everything has been considered to allow you to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautiful property. The front door opens onto a spacious hallway leading to an open plan kitchen/diner with breakfast bar and large dining table. With doors opening onto the landscaped rear garden, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need and features high-end AEG appliances and Smeg coffee pod machine. The ground floor contains a light and airy lounge, complete with flat screen TV and kid's beanbag area with books and games to enjoy, plus a beautifully decorated downstairs w/c. On the first floor the property has four stunning bedrooms; two twin and two kings, one of which includes an ensuite shower. You will also find a full family bathroom with bath and separate shower. Flint House is fully equipped with fluffy towels and super soft linen. From the kitchen you will find a separate utility room with washer/dryer and sink which has an external door, ideal for accessing the property after a day spent on the shoreline. The property is approximately 8 minutes walk to the beach and the owners have even provided a beach trolley for your picnic! The property features driveway parking for two vehicles plus EV charging pod. This property is on a residential family estate and neighbours must be respected. Noise must be kept to a minimum both indoors and outdoors after 10pm. The drive is only suitable for a maximum of 2 vehicles, additional vehicles must be parked in the Visitor bays and NOT on the road outside the property.

Bracklesham Bay This is a destination beach for walkers, surfers and families alike. The beach is a mix of sand and stone depending on the state of the tide, a perfect place for buckets and spades. A prehistoric coastline, keep your eyes peeled for fossilised sharks teeth which can be found lying in the sand. You can walk along the beach from Bracklesham Bay to Selsey in the East or towards the villages of East Wittering and West Wittering in the other direction.
