Perfectly located on the edge of Yeovil town centre, this large 2 bedroom apartment holiday home is close to all amenities, shops, pubs, restaurants, cafe and many more places to visit within short walking distance.
The place is situated on the 1st floor via staircase in an 18th century period building with some original features. The stairs inside the flat has a "child safety gate" on top of the stairs. It is tastefully decorated throughout. The spacious open lounge/dining area is equipped with quality furniture and 50" Smart TV set with access to the Netflix. The kitchen is fully equipped with essentials and quality appliances that includes dishwasher.
4 people can sleep as Both bedrooms are fully equipped with 2 single bed in each room, quality mattress, luxury beddings, and clothing storage. Additional closet and drawer unit is on the main hallway for storing coats, shoes, suitcase, etc. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, sink and quality towels. Next to the bathroom is the utility room with washer machine, tumble dryer and ironing facility.
