FM Living is a fantastic boutique community located in the very heart of Liverpool City Centre. We are located in an architecturally stunning gem of a building that has been brought back to life exclusively for discerning customers with a penchant for city living. When you stay at our property you are in the centre of all of Liverpool's finest attractions, a stone's throw from the city's most popular shopping and tourism destinations; from the world famous Cavern Club to the stunning waterfront. Térlon Apartments is just 2 minutes' walk from the banks of the River Mersey, and just 10 - 15 minutes away via public transport from both Anfield and Goodison Park. An ideal location for anything from a business trip to a sightseeing retreat, catching a football game or a ferry from the nearby Cruise Terminal to Ireland or the Isle of Mann!

Just 1 minute walk from Liverpool ONE - the city's most popular and largest retail & leisure destination - just 2 minutes' walk from the Commercial District (home to 90% of the city's largest businesses and public sector organisations), and just 5 minutes' walk from the world famous Liverpool Waterfront and Albert Dock. What's more, Térlon Apartments backs out onto the ever popular Cavern Quarter; where The Beatles' careers truly began. Boasting such destinations as Cavern Club and Eric's, the quarter hosts many live music events on regular nights of the week as well as providing daytime food & drink offerings. Cavern Walks is also home to Vivienne Westwood and local designer shop Cricket, where the city's footballers frequent for quality designer apparel. Térlon Apartments central position provides a little something for everyone; from museums, retail & leisure, live music, tourism & sightseeing, great food & drink, and sits on the main route for the city's Open Top Sightseeing Tours and the Magical Mystery Tour. A security deposit of GBP 50pp (minimum based on 2) is required before arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Early Check in and Late Checkout fees of GBP 20 apply for all guests. Office hours between 10.00 - 15.00 Monday to Sunday and emergency contact number for guest in house only will be provided on the check-in instructions on the day.
