The Local Area The Plas Llechylched Estate is situated in peaceful rural countryside on the eastern side of Anglesey. Easy to access, it is just moments from the A55, which is the main road connecting the island to the mainland and beyond. Nearby, the charming village of Bryngwran has a small community pub, called the Tafarn Yr Iowerth. In the opposite direction, you’ll find Rhosneigr (4 miles or 11 minutes by car,) a popular resort town where watersports, cafe culture and some fantastic independent shops await. This is also the home of Anglesey Golf Club and Trac Môn, a waterfront racing track with incredible views out across Eryri. Elsewhere on the island, you’ll find beautiful beaches, grand country homes, and historic town centres with great food and drink options. Thanks to Anglesey’s relatively small size, nothing is too far away.
